We recruit for our partner from Galati an Aveva PDMS Administrator.

Job description
The Aveva PDMS Administrator is responsible for project set up, maintenance and support of the system. The administrator will maintain all areas of the 3D model environment for stability and maintenance and shall ensure the modelling environment works appropriately in regard to the generation, control and distribution of 3D model interfaces.

Requests:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively function in a team environment.
- Self-taught person and ability to quickly learn new technologies and how to apply them accordingly.
- Relevant experience in Aveva PDMS Projects Administration or Tribon Projects Administration.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQLServer or any other RDBMS.
- Familiar with Detail Engineering workflow.
- Object Oriented Programming experience as the Aveva PDMS system allows writting custom macros using C# or PML programming languages.

Duties and responsibilities
- Project set-up, administration and user support for Aveva PDMS.
- Understands the scope of each project and has the capability to create PDMS database structures that will enable the 3D design and subsequent creation of deliverables from the project databases.
- Interact directly with users/discipline leads and document requirements and special needs related to project designs and needs.
- Coordinate with the designers from the respective engineering disciplines to meet the project deliverables with timeliness and quality.
- Troubleshoot and escalate appropriately any technical issues and follow-up for quick resolution.
- Project specific customization of system and writing macros as per project needs and for further checking the quality of PDMS outputs.
