Candidatul Ideal
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; B.S. in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or equivalent education;
English proficiency;
Computer literacy: Google Suit or/end Windows Suit - Excel (this is a must), Word, Power Point, SAP – APO DP is a plus.

Based in Bucharest, the Demand Planning Assistant has to support demand planning activities in Romania to manage the preparation, alignment, and communication of a high quality demand plan with a planning horizon of 12 – 18 months.


Participate in the monthly GPS process and support developing, reviewing and aligning volume plan.
Monitor daily sell-thru and open orders, communicate significant deviations during the month, identify drivers, and recommend actions.
Manage RL / NPD forecasts in APO, including monitoring inventory on phase-out/phase SKUs, NPD forecast post evaluation and corrective actions.
Participate actively in statistical forecast monthly discipline (history cleaning, stat activation, stat alerts review, SKUs performance review and corrective actions).
Support Demand Plan post-evaluation activities (TOP cuts, TOP deviations, inaccuracy per subcategory , TOP 20 contributors to demand inaccuracy) and recommended actions to improve KPIs.
Support local slob management process.
Prepare / regularly update local SKU Portfolio Report.
SKU master data (LS and D-Chain) regular update and monthly review /correction in the system.
Interact with commercial teams (customer development, consumer marketing) in regards to atlas volume plan, promo plans, NPD plans and RL management.
Prepare an overview and report monthly DP KPI’s for the COM Organization.
Support local quota management process.
Support with analytics, tools and other tasks contributing to the efficiency of the DP process, improvement planning KPIs and improvement service level.
