EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA IN ROMANIA - VACANCY
He / She is responsible for transporting people, packages, letters and documents for the Embassy. Duties would include but not limited to driving and transporting people in a comfortable, safe and timely manner; delivering and collecting letters and documents to the correct addresses in a timely manner; loading and unloading goods, luggage and parcels of various size and weight delivering them; using a navigation system to map their route and be aware of traffic and weather conditions; responsible for ensuring that the Embassy vehicle is in good condition and performs basic maintenance, including daily, weekly and monthly check; keep records of trips, deliveries, hours worked, and any issues with the vehicle; must follow traffic laws and safety regulations in most situation and circumstances; report any road incidents or mechanical problems; to maintain confidentiality of all matters at all time.

He / She will also need to be on duty during a functions/receptions at the Official Residence/Chancery and need to complete the other instructions/task given by the Ambassador or Officials from time to time.

Requirements:
i) Have a valid Visa i.e Permanent Residence or Spouse Visa in Romania;
ii) All medical conditions need to be informed during the interview;
iii) Minimum of Grade 12 Achievement;
iv) Valid Driving License/International Driving License in Romania;
v) Good communication skills in English and Romanian;
vi) Good behaviour and manner;
vii) For Driver post, driving experience for automatic & manual cars is required.
viii) Able to carry out minor repairs and maintenance of the car, electrical appliances and furniture; and
ix) Willing to work at any time that is needed inclusive of weekends and Public Holidays.
